Kim Smith was wonderful to work with. We were selling an 1856 home that needed extensive renovation and she led us through the process so it was easy and stress free. Beautiful photographs really captured the character and beauty of our home which resulted in tremendous interest. A fantastic experience. Everything went smoothly and if we have another home to sell we would want Kim to represent us again.
